Export or delete your data

Export

The forecast downloads as a spreadsheet under Settings › Data, or from the Dashboard. On Standard and Plus, Reports downloads its tables and the transactions behind them.

Delete

Open Settings › Danger zone.

• Delete this business (owners only) cancels the plan, disconnects every bank, books, Square and Stripe connection, removes stored files and deletes the business’s records. It can’t be undone.
• Leave this business removes your access and leaves the business as it is for everyone else.

Your login is separate. Once you belong to no business, your account page has Delete my login, which removes your email address, name and password.
