A forecast is an estimate
Flocuity projects your cash from your history, the bills and invoices it knows about, and the assumptions you set. The future will differ: a customer pays late, a cost arrives that nobody planned, a good month comes early. Nothing Flocuity shows about the future is a guarantee. Use it as one input to your judgment, keep your information current, and leave yourself a margin.
Not professional advice
Flocuity is software. It is not an accounting firm, a tax adviser, an investment adviser, a broker, a bank or a law firm, and nothing in the product, on this website or in our emails is accounting, tax, investment, legal or financial advice. Before an important decision, such as hiring, borrowing, a large purchase, or how much tax to pay, talk to a qualified professional who knows your situation.
Taxes
Tax amounts and dates in Flocuity are planning estimates, built from simple rates and your own history so that a payment does not catch you by surprise. They are not a tax calculation or a return, they do not account for every rule that may apply to you, and due dates can change. Confirm what you owe, and when, with your tax professional or the tax authority.
Idle cash and interest
The idle cash figure shows how much of your balance the forecast suggests you may not need for a time, and what it would earn at an interest rate you enter. It is arithmetic, not a recommendation. Flocuity does not recommend any account, product, rate or institution, does not hold or move your money, and is not paid by any financial institution for what it shows.
Your data and other services
Flocuity relies on the files you upload, the services you connect and the details you enter, and cannot check them against the real world. Categories are assigned automatically and can be wrong; correct one when you see it. Information from banks and accounting software can be delayed or incomplete.
