Questions about pricing
- How does the free trial work?
- A business gets 14 days on whichever plan it picks, and a household gets 7. Sign up and see your own forecast first. You add a card to start the trial, and nothing is charged until it ends. Cancel before then and you pay nothing.
- Which plan is for me?
- Basic if you run the numbers alone. Standard if you have a team and want payroll, reports and loans in the forecast, with up to three people to share it with. Plus when you’re planning ahead: hiring, borrowing, what-ifs and budgets.
- Do you charge per user?
- No. The price is per business. Basic is just you, Standard adds two people who can edit and one who can view, and Plus has no limit.
- Can I change plans later?
- Yes, from the Billing page: up or down, and between monthly and yearly. Either way the change takes effect right away, and moving down gives you a credit for the unused part. If the smaller plan has fewer seats, open invitations are withdrawn first, then the people who joined most recently lose access. Owners always stay, and nothing you’ve entered is deleted.
- Can I cancel any time?
- Yes, from the Billing page, in a few clicks. Your plan runs to the end of the period you’ve paid for, then stops. There’s no cancellation fee, and no refund for the part of the period that’s left.
- What will the charge look like on my statement?
- LINK.COM* FLOCUITY. Link is Stripe’s payment service. It takes the payment and adds sales tax to the price where your state charges it.
- What happens to my data if I cancel?
- It stays yours. You can export it before you go, and you can delete everything yourself at any time. If you do nothing, we keep it for 90 days after your plan ends so you can come back, remind you by email before the end, and then delete it.
- I’m an accountant with several clients. How does that work?
- Each client business has its own plan, and a client on Standard or Plus invites you at no cost to you. One login takes you between them.
- What is the Custom plan?
- Work we do with you, on top of everything in Plus. A module built for how your business actually makes money, several companies consolidated into one forecast, your setup done for you, or hourly help with the planning and the numbers. Tell us what you have in mind with the Custom plan’s “Tell us what you need”, or email sales@flocuity.com. The custom tools on their own, without a plan, are on our AI Automation page.
- I have a promotion code. Where do I enter it?
- On the payment page, under Add promotion code, when you start your trial or a plan. The discount shows before you confirm.
For your home
Flocuity Household
For paychecks, rent or a mortgage, and the bills in between

- What’s coming up, and a warning before money runs short
- Sub accounts for the things you save toward
- Home Costs: what a home would really cost each month
- A budget by category, against what you actually spend
- The Monday email, and an alert the day money runs short
- Reports and Excel exports
- Share with a partner at no extra cost
